The original owner was Joseph Leonardo, a farmer from Camarillo/Somis. The last owner was Stanley Gisler from Oxnard. Stanley’s sister, Eleanor Banner, donated the car to Farm Park in 2013, and it was transported here by Chuck Covarrubias and Jeff Maulhardt. The car was burglarized, which prompted the installation of security cameras. The culprits were caught, but compensation was limited. With the help of Joseph Leonardo’s grandson, Joe Pena, the old tires were removed, and new ones were ordered. Once the tires are installed, the car will be hauled away to get new windows.
